Setting up new email accounts on Lunar:
Step #1: Set up new accounts on Lunar:
First you need to establish your new accounts. To do this, access your Lunar account by typing your domain plus "/cpanel" like this: http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel
This will take you to a page that will prompt you for your Lunar log in info:
Username: XXXXXX
Password: XXXXX
(NOTE: User name & password ARE case sensitive.)
After your enter your password info, you will be directed to a page with a bunch of icons.
Click on the first one "mail."
Choose "add/remove/manage accounts".
Start adding whatever accounts you want to.
For each account you should up the quota to 100 or your mailboxes will fill up quickly if you leave them at the default 10.
Step #2: Direct your emails to you
If you want to, you can just set up your accounts so that they are forwarded to an existing email address you are using. To do this go under "forward" and have their new e-mail go to whatever e-mail account you are currently using.
Or, you can configure your new address in your mail client program you use to check e-mail. (Like Outlook.) This way you can send e-mails using your new email instead of having a response come from your current account like it will if you just forward your new e-mail to your current address.
To configure your email, you will need these settings:
POP3 Mail Host: yourdomainname.com
SMTP Mail Host: yourdomainname.com
Webmail Interface: http://yourdomainname/webmail
IMPORTANT: The passwords for each accout you set up in Lunar need to be the same as what you enter in your mail client.
