FTP Instructions:
(This is a much faster/safer way to transfer larger files too big to e-mail.)

If you already have a FTP client:
Use these settings:
ftp.moonlitecreative.com
User: public@moonlitecreative.com
Password: public

If you don't have an FTP client...
The first thing you'll need to do is install a FTP client.
Click here to download Filezilla.
(Note: The "All platforms" version seems to work better for users on either a Mac or PC platform than the "Windows Only" version does for PC users.)

To use Filezilla once it is loaded to access your files:
After installation, open the program and use the following settings:
Address: moonlitecreative.com
User: public@moonlitecreative.com
Password: public
Port: 21 (or you can enter nothing here because 21 is the default port)

Click Quick Connect. (This will “bookmark” or save the settings for all this info for you so next time you can just scroll to the folder and not have to type all of that again to be able to more quickly access this FTP file.)

If you are unable to connect, please go to Edit>Settings>and toggle the transfer mode from "Passive" to "Active;" Click OK

The files on the left side of the screen are those that are on your computer. The folders/files on the right side of the screen are the ones on our FTP file server. You can pull files on and off our FTP server just by dragging and dropping them. To create a new folder, just create on your desktop and then drag it in.
